Q.02 Do I need to install any software to attend your training?

No. Our virutal classroom is Web-based software requiring no installation.

Q.03 What are the system requirements for Virtual Training?

Q.04 Does virtual classroom work on my Mac/Linux/Android device?

Yes. Our virtual classroom is fully compatible with a Mac OS X v10.4, 10.5, 10.6 (Intel) or higher. Does virtual classroom work on Linux? Yes, it will also run on Linux, but you need to have the latest version of Chrome installed, which has built in Flash. Please note that to use the screen-sharing feature, you need to have Java installed. Can I use virtual classroom on my iPad, iPhone or Android device? Yes, you can attend our training from your iPad, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry.

Q.05 How much bandwidth I need to attend?

Minimum bandwidth required: 512 Kbps download speed,Internet Connection Type: LAN/DSL/Cable/3G or 4G.

Q.06 How do I register and pay for online training?

You can take one free lecture after that u will deposit fee in bank and then u can continue your class.

Q.07 If I miss a day or entire topic?

100% free re-take option: Unlimited retakes! If you miss a day or entire topic, come back and participate fully! Most other online classes do not have an unlimited retake policy.

Q.08 Can I ask questions during class?

Of course. There is a chat function which allows you to post questions to the instructor.

Q.09 I need help in problem solving. Will you help me?

You can ask your instructor over skype for special 1 to 1 problem solving session, during and after completion of your course.
